Delete your Prophiit account

You own your data. Here's exactly how to remove it from Prophiit and what we have to keep on file.

Option 1 — In the app

Open Prophiit, go to Settings → Delete account, type "DELETE" to confirm, and tap the red button. Your account and personal data are removed immediately; subscriptions cancel at the end of the current billing period.

Option 2 — Email us

If you can't sign in, email support@entityfit.app from the address on file with the subject "Delete my account". We'll verify and action within 30 days.

What gets deleted

• Profile (name, email, weight, height, DOB, photo, push token)
• Photos and videos in your gallery
• Body analysis and Prophiit AI baselines and renders
• Workout sessions, nutrition logs, snap captures
• Messages you sent (recipient copies follow that user's settings)
• Bookings, programs, notes, and goals
• Achievements, streaks, and progress data
• Voice notes and transcripts
• Active subscriptions (cancelled at end of current period)

What we have to keep

These are minimum required by law or anonymised so they don't identify you:

• Aggregated analytics (no personally identifying info) for product metrics
• Stripe payment records (legal requirement, retained for tax compliance)
• Audit logs of safety / moderation actions (kept for the legal minimum)

Can I undo it?

No. Deletion is permanent and immediate. If you're not sure, email us first — we can also pause your account, export your data, or remove specific items without deleting everything.
